Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Business: Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR support and guidance aligned with business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent, conduct interviews, and participate in the selection process.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and development plans.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and promote employee well-being.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, resolve employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with business leaders to identify organizational development needs, facilitate organizational changes, and drive employee development and training programs.
  • HR Analytics: Leverage HR analytics and data to drive insights and make informed decisions, including talent retention, succession planning, and workforce diversity.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Support the administration of benefits programs, assist in compensation analysis, and ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Communication: Facilitate effective communication channels between management and employees, ensuring transparency and timely dissemination of important information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
