Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join us as a Senior Brand Manager. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of client requirements, outstanding communication skills, experience in managing clients in Europe or the US, and a background in monitoring quality and turnaround time (TAT). Additionally, candidates with expertise in the fashion buying house, manufacturing industry, or garment development using 3D technology are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Understand and analyze client requirements to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
Effectively manage and nurture relationships with clients, particularly in Europe or the US.
Quality Control and Turnaround Time (TAT) Monitoring:
Oversee and monitor the quality of services provided to clients.
Ensure adherence to specified turnaround times, addressing any deviations promptly.
Communication Skills:
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to convey requirements and expectations clearly.
Industry Expertise:
Utilize previous experience in a fashion buying house, manufacturing industry, or garment development using 3D technology to contribute valuable insights and expertise.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of client needs and expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing clients in Europe or the US.
Ability to monitor and ensure quality standards and adherence to TAT.
Background in a fashion buying house, manufacturing industry, or garment development using 3D technology is highly preferred.
