Position Overview: Flixstock is seeking a talented and experienced 3D Design Manager to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in 3D design tools, particularly 3D and Browzwear, coupled with a solid educational background in Design from NIFT or a similar institution.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

   • Lead and inspire a team of 3D designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
   • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality 3D designs.

2. 3D Design Expertise:

   • Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in 3D design, with a strong focus on tools like 3D and Browzwear.
   • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in 3D design to enhance team capabilities.

3. Collaboration:

   • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Fashion Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to ensure seamless integration of 3D designs into our products.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Implement and uphold quality standards for 3D designs, conducting regular reviews to ensure accuracy, realism, and adherence to brand guidelines.

5. Education and Qualifications:

   • Possess a degree in Design from NIFT or a comparable institution.
   • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a managerial role within the 3D design domain.

6. Tool Proficiency:

   • Demonstrate expertise in 3D designer tools, particularly 3D and Browzwear, showcasing the ability to create realistic and visually appealing designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 3D designers.
• In-depth knowledge of 3D design tools, with a focus on 3D and Browzwear.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
