Job Description:

Flixstock India Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in key account management, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully handling multiple accounts. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing NPS (Net Promoter Score), TAT (Turnaround Time), and overall client delight.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management:
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of 4-5 key accounts, fostering strong and long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and align Flixstock solutions to meet their needs.
  1. Client Satisfaction:
  • Monitor and enhance client satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  1. NPS and TAT Management:
  • Oversee and maintain high Net Promoter Scores by delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Manage and optimize Turnaround Time for services, ensuring efficient delivery and meeting client deadlines.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and communicate them internally.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate and analyze reports related to NPS, TAT, and overall account health.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 4 years in key account management, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
